Welcome to Senators!
The Senators is a community of 229 homes completed in 2016 and located east of Rt. 1 in Lewes, Delaware. Many residents call Senators their full time home with a vacation feel as the beaches and the Cape Henlopen State Park are only minutes away. Part of the amenities enjoyed by all residents are the Clubhouse and Pool which houses a gym, a conference room for small meetings, and a larger space for special events.
Running through the community is the Junction and Breakwater Trail connecting residents to Rehoboth and to Downtown Lewes. (http://www.lewes.com/)
So, come and explore, shop, and get involved in your community.
See the Social Happenings page for upcoming events AND MORE. Check out the monthly Newsletter and Calendar for details and the Bulletin Board at the Clubhouse entrance.
