Senators is a community of 229 homes completed in 2016 and located east of Rt. 1 in Lewes, Delaware. Many residents call Senators their full time home with a vacation feel as the beaches and Cape Henlopen State Park are minutes away. Part of the amenities enjoyed by residents are the Pool and Clubhouse which houses a gym, a conference room for small meetings, and a larger space for special events, a pool table and a ping pong table.
Running through the community is the Junction and Breakwater Trail connecting residents to Rehoboth Beach and to Downtown Lewes.
